What CNC machining services does One Part CNC provide?
We provide 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, Wire EDM, Small Hole EDM, prototype machining, low-volume production, inspection and coordinated surface finishing. We focus on fast, small orders for customers who need engineering communication and flexible quantities.
Can I order only one CNC machined part?
Yes. One-off prototypes and replacement parts are welcome. A single part can cost more per unit because programming, setup and inspection are distributed across only one piece, but ordering one part is often the fastest way to verify fit and function before a batch.
What information is needed for a CNC machining quote?
Send a 3D CAD model if available, a 2D drawing for tolerances and threads, material, finish, quantity and delivery country. Design files are optional on the initial form: you may describe the requirement first and send files later under an NDA.
How fast can a small CNC order be produced?
Simple prototypes may be completed in several working days after design confirmation and payment. Complex geometry, tight tolerances, special material, heat treatment or cosmetic finishing add time. Your quotation should state both production lead time and estimated shipping time separately.

We can arrange international delivery to major destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other supported regions. Express courier, air cargo, rail freight and sea freight are selected according to shipment size, urgency and destination.
How do I start an order?
